AVC Online/Video Game Summit is look for people to help us run the show
Currently looking for Volunteers for 2025 shows (Summer Show and the possible 2025 Pinball expo/VGS combo show)
We are looking for the following positions to help with the show:
- Admission (for 2025 summer show)
- Set up and Take down- Help us set up tables and take down after the show
- Raffles- run the Raffles with Raffle wheel, and help with putting the prizes together as well collect donated
- Walk around- general walk around see how the Vendors and Guest is doing if they need any assistance as well key an eye attendees, also keep an eye on game area
- Game Area- if you want display your system and games to be played we welcome it,
as it will help the main staff work better.
What you would get for you help:
- VGS Staff T-shirt
- Name Tag and Lanyard
- an invite to VGS Staff discord channel on the AVC Online Server
