Pre-judging will take place on October 19th in a room on site at the Pinball Expo /Video Game Summit Combo show starting at 10 am and continue until 5pm. This will take approximately 5 minutes per entry, more at the discretion of con staff. While day of entry will be available, signing up ahead of time gets you a scheduled time slot for judging no matter the line.
To sign up for the cosplay contest, email kaijewucosplay@gmail.com with the following.
-Your name
-Your cosplay name
-The character or thing you will be presenting/portraying
(If you are coming as a group, these become the list of people & characters/things)
-A reference what is being portrayed, whether by link or photo
-What category you are competing in
-Your preferred pre-judging time

Nearer to the con date, you will be emailed your ACTUAL pre-judging time.
